5 Easy Steps to Submit Your Client File

  1. Provide answers to the list of questions below to paste into the Q&A Summary form field (see below)
  2. Reference our document checklists for the type of financing your client needs (see below)
  3. Download document templates to facilitate the collection process (see below)
  4. Add, organize and logically label all completed documents to a data room using Dropbox, Google Drive etc
  5. Complete the form and include a link to the data room

IMPORTANT NOTE ON BROKER POINTS & COMMISSIONS:

Lenders in the cannabis space vary on the amount of points they will pay and the number of brokers they will work with. Some allow us to make a reasonable ask for a third party, others ask us to add it to ours so there is one line item on the paperwork and others may require a client side fee agreement.

We highly encourage brokers to get a client side fee agreement in order to negotiate a higher commission for yourself and to open up more options for us to place your client. Do note that some lenders frown upon anyone double dipping (i.e. requesting points from the lender and the client).
